Thanksgiving Dinner at Shirley’s

Thanksgiving Dinner at Shirley’s
Thursday, November 26, 2026 · 1 to 6:30 p.m.
Shirley’s, Hotel Petersburg

Gather around the table in our original 1916 dining room for a Thanksgiving dinner made for sharing. The meal opens family-style with an artisanal bread board and house-whipped honey citrus butter, followed by an autumn greens and roasted squash salad with cranberry vinaigrette.

For the main course, choose one entrée and three sides. Entrées are bourbon-apple injected turkey breast with giblet gravy, cured Virginia ham with a smoked maple-butter glaze, or a vegan harvest vegetable ribbon trio. Sides include crispy shallot collard greens, brûlée-topped candied yams, velvety mashed potatoes, smoked gouda macaroni and cheese, and cranberry-apple cornbread stuffing. Upgrade to hickory-smoked prime rib with thyme au jus for $7.

Finish with bourbon chocolate pecan pie, classic Virginia apple pie with aged cheddar, or autumn spice pie.

$58 per person, plus tax and 20% gratuity. Gluten-free, vegetarian, and vegan options available. Shirley’s is a cashless restaurant.

Reservations are open.

Chef’s Table

Chef’s Table in the Boiler Room
Thursday, October 29, 2026
The Boiler Room, Hotel Petersburg
$110 per person, plus tax and gratuity
Limited to 10 guests

For one evening, the Boiler Room sets a single table for ten. Our kitchen has written a five-course tasting menu for the night. It moves from a bright Mediterranean opener through scallops and an autumn squash velouté to a 28-day dry-aged ribeye, and ends with dark chocolate and raspberry. Dinner is served course by course in the basement speakeasy of our 1916 building in Old Towne Petersburg.

Seating is limited to ten guests, and reservations are required. To reserve, email Tom Sullivan, General Manager, at tom.sullivan@hilton.com. Please note any dietary restrictions when you book.
